Shipping policy

 

Worldwide shipping is available. Each item is handmade and made uniquely just for you. 

PLEASE be attentive to all product descriptions! Some products are pre-made meaning they are in hand & ready to ship to the customer. Other items are pre-orders, meaning they have to be produced before shipping to the customer.

If the item you are purchasing is a preorder, the production process usually takes about 3-5 weeks. Depending on the volume of orders, this timeframe MAY be reduced. Once production is complete, shipping and processing time from our supplier(s) to our facility adds an ADDITIONAL week. Once we receive preorder inventory, please allow up to 4 days for your order to fulfill. You will then automatically receive your tracking information in your email once we are preparing to ship or have already shipped your order. We offer 2-5 day standard and 1-3 day express shipping. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Please understand that once you place a preorder, you will not automatically receive tracking information. We will provide all customers with updates through our Instagram account @peerless.prime. Emails will also be sent out providing updates if you're subscribed to our email marketing list. You can subscribe to our email list online at peerlessprime.com.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We ship to the address provided by the customer. Changing your address is an option ONLY if your order hasn't had a label created for it already. After tracking is added to your order, you will NOT be able to make changes or cancel! Ensure that your shipping address and all other required information is inputted correctly before completing checkout!

 

NO PREORDER CANCELLATION:

When you place a preorder it secures an item, this means you will have your item even if it sells out. This process is very similar to a reservation. You pay ahead, then you receive the service/product when the time approaches. When inventory numbers are sent in to our supplier, it’s meant to be locked in with no changes. We do not guarantee any requested dates made up by our customers. Do not place a preorder if you cannot wait the time required. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE INCLUDING SHIPPING.

All international and domestic shipment pricing is based upon weight.

International shipments may be subject to pay duties and taxes.
