REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.
We accept items for exchange if sizing is sent wrong by us. We do not accept exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Sizing, fitting details, and/or charts are always included in description to ensure you're purchasing the right size. There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges unless you have received a defective product (physical damage or printing defect). Proof of damage must be sent to our email primepeerless@gmail.com to receive a refund or item exchange.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions before purchasing, you certify that you understand NO REFUND will be given unless conditions above are met.
Items exchanged for sizing must be in new, UNUSED condition with original packaging! Meaning tags still in tact and no odor. These details will be inspected before continuing the exchange process.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is notrefunded.
Peerless Prime will NOT be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have your desired size available, we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.
Once product is received at our ship-station we will email you to complete the exchange process.
NO PREORDER CANCELLATION:
When you place a preorder it secures an item, meaning your item is also pre-paid. Do not place a preorder if you cannot wait. YOUR ORDER WILL BE NON- REFUNDABLE INCLUDING SHIPPING.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions before purchasing, you certify that you understand NO REFUND will be given if you request to cancel a preorder.
